Terms of service

The purpose of this procedure is to properly coordinate all activities, from a warm and welcoming guest to a satisfied departure, and to provide all the services specified in the procedure that meet the comfort, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards of the guest and other guests.

• The hotel offers the same price for foreign and domestic citizens.
• Any hotel bill shall be paid in the following manner:
• In the case of paying in cash, pay only at the reception area.
• The foreign currency exchange rate is calculated according to the Mongolian bank exchange rate of the day.
• In case of payment by account, shall be paid to the company's account.
• In case of payment by credit card, only Visa, Master, Union pay, Amex JCB cards are accepted.
• In case of online booking, advance payment shall be made according to the rules of the hotel, and the guest will receive the room key after full payment of the remaining amount to the reception.
• If staying for multiple days, guests must pay the room fee in advance, and the room key will operate for each extension.
• Payment for additional services such as mini bar and laundry shall be paid upon handover of the room according to the receipt and the complete the bill.
• Discounted prices shall be provided according to the tourism cooperation agreement.

Each guest shall comply with the following procedures for their own safety and that of others. Including:

• Use kettles, hair dryer, and irons according to the instructions for use
• If using personal shavers and electrical appliances, please check the outlet is 110V or 220V
• Do not smoke in beds, soft chairs and non-smoking areas
• Do not open fire or use flammable materials in your room or other parts of the hotel
• Make sure the door is locked every time you enter or leave the hotel room
• Do not open the door to a stranger
• If a stranger try to enter the room without permission, the guest should call the receptionist by dealing to 0 
• Do not have a meeting with an unregistered guest in your room or bring them into your room
• Adjust the water temperature in the shower room when a small child takes a bath
• Prevent slips and injuries in the toilet, shower, and tiles in common areas, use slippers in the room, and wear shoes outside the room
• Careful handling of kettle  
• Careful handling of glass and metal objects in the room, such as glasses, tumblers, toilet paper holders, etc.
• Do not consume excessive alcohol in the hotel room

Tips:

• If you go out alone in the evening, please leave information about where you are going
• Do not let strangers into your room, even if the one is a hotel guest
• Be careful of pickpockets in and around the public areas of the hotel

• No smoking- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. If it is confirmed that smoking in a prohibited place, a fine equal to 100 US dollars shall be charged. The fine for smoking shall be added for the hotel's loss of income due to the pollution of the environment with the smell of tobacco, as well as the payment for additional cleaning services.
• Noise- Shouting, fighting, singing, screaming, misbehaving, moaning and talking too loudly are not allowed in the hotel room.
• After 11:00 p.m., turn down the volume of television and music, and do not make loud noises such as repairs or maintenance.

The following items are not allowed in the hotel. Including:

• Any type of animal
• Explosives, gas, bullets, firecrackers, gunpowder, gasoline, and other flammable items
• Dirty and strong smelling items
• Unregistered and unlicensed firearms and knives, spears and swords
• Goods, materials, bags or boxes that are too large or too large to fit through the door of the room or elevator
• Medicines and medicinal products prohibited by Mongolian law
• Prohibited to bring psychotropic substances

The following activities are prohibited in the hotel. Including:

• Engage in gambling, immoral or public interest activities are prohibited 
• Conducting business activities, trading, advertising, and exhibiting in hotel rooms, lobby, and other areas without permission
• Use and charge other equipment other than the equipment for hotel use (does not apply to charging personal electrical appliances and photo and video cameras, mobile phones, batteries not exceeding 25000 mAh, computers, and GPS)
• Cooking in the hotel room
• Taking away and changing the location of hotel furniture and equipment without permission 
• Ironing items on hotel furniture and carpets, placing wet items, drying clothes, spilling water and liquids
• Serving unaccompanied minors or guests under the age of 18
• Temporarily leaving a child under 13 years of age alone without a guardian in a hotel room
• Unaccompanied children under the age of 13 travel in hotel elevators
• Take out breakfast food, drinks, pastries, bread and yogurt from the dining hall
• Carrying too much luggage and baggage in passenger elevators
• Giving any tips to hotel staff other than the doorman 
• Getting drunk and drugged in the hotel room
• Leaving bathroom taps without switched off, leaving electrical appliances without turned off
• Throwing or hanging something from the window of the hotel room
• Going naked without clothes outside the hotel room
• Prohibited taking photos and videos in hotel rooms
• Prohibited to take photos and videos without permission for business purposes in hotel rooms and property
• If a guest or visitor guest violates the above prohibitions, the hotel administration will suspend the action.
• If the guest or visitor guest violates the prohibited clauses, the hotel or others suffer damages, the hotel will claim compensation from the guest.
• If the guest does not compensate the damage caused to the hotel or others due to the violation of the prohibited clauses of the guest or additional guest, it will be resolved by the Mongolian legal authorities.
• Visitor guests: For security reasons, visitor guests staying in the hotel room must be registered by the receptionist
• Visitor guest have to leave the hotel room before 22:00.
• Visitor guest shall be charged per guest if stay overnight in the quest room

• Information about the guest will be stored only in the reception area and the information will be kept confidential
• The hotel will not provide any information about the guest to outsiders who ask for it without the guest's permission
• If the hotel provides information about a guest, ask the guest for permission to provide information 
• If of connecting an outsider wants to connect to the guest room, get the guest's permission to connect
